This is a Kurdish music played in a natural setting without any
attempt to reshape it.  It is believed that this and many other
songs were favorites of some pre-Islamic Iranian kings who always
asked for them in their feasts.  When you listen to this music
just close your eye and let your imagination fly.  Imagine yourself
in a gathering of our ancient kings and this song is played for
the audience.
